GAIA Streaming App keeps freezing up after about 10 seconds.

Ours keeps doing the same thing. We have tried on multiple tvs in the house. We have tried reinstalling. We have tried deleting and downloading the app again. It seems to play for about 1 minute and then freeze. Then it goes to the start of the next episode. you will see in the video and photo that it will play, freeze, we hit play, it freezes again, and then goes to the end of the episode. 66511210996__27DA3C0C-BBFE-4249-8928-379F641B7FFA.MOV
