My Samsung Smart TV's (Model Code: QE55Q80AATXXC) app window is completely broken. I'm trying to enable developer mode but as soon as I enter "Apps" the window is frozen. I cannot scroll or click on anything. I can activate to press the 123 digits, but nothing happens when I try to input 1,2,3,4,5 I've tried resetting the TV completely, unplugged it, cleared cache and everything else I can think off. What could possibly cause the Apps drawer to not work and be completely frozen?
